They're all free..But some aren't available for users outside of Japan anymore due to some-er.. a lot of drama a long while back. I can help you find the ones that are available, but please remember not to trade models with anyone!

Usually you don't, unless the user chooses to only distribute the model to bowlroll users. In this case, you can use twitter or facebook to sign in!
